Intellectual property rights: • All content created by Shivi Corporation remains our intellectual property • Clients receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement • Clients retain ownership of their original content and trademarks • We respect third-party intellectual property rights • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited Any disputes regarding intellectual property will be resolved according to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We do not guarantee specific results from our services • Force majeure events are excluded from liability • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability This limitation applies to all claims, regardless of the legal theory.
